 Only one registration per model number necessary. Please indicate the Model Number of product and quantity purchased above. Your prompt product registration confirms your right to the protection available under the term and conditions of your Lithonia Lighting Warranty, but it is not necessary that you register in order for us to make covered warranty repairs.
