product registration confirms your right to the protection available under the term
and conditions of your Lithonia Lighting Warranty, but it is not necessary that
you register in order for us to make covered warranty repairs.
If you are having trouble registering or cannot find your model number, you can

On submission of this registration we will send you
a confirmation of date of purchase of your product. This confirmation will be of
benefit to you, especially if you have lost your original proof of purchase.
